Anna wants an implementation quote by Friday. Start in November, budget approved.
Hi! Could you send us the implementation quote by Friday? We'd like to start in November and the budget is already approved. Thanks, Anna
Who it's for
Send later, follow-ups you don't have to remember, and a custom domain included.
Shared inboxes, team templates and one brand voice.
Sequences, click tracking and booking links in one tool.
End-to-end encryption, EU hosting and an audit log.
A morning brief and a Copilot that remembers what you agreed.
These are the segments we build mbox for, not customer logos. We'll add testimonials once we have them.
Most email is noise. mbox summarises it for you, keeps track of your promises and encrypts what should stay between you. The rest is your free afternoon.
Three promises
AI reads threads for you: it summarises them, sets priorities, suggests replies and answers questions about your mail.
You wrote “I'll send it Friday”? Your inbox remembers. Reminders, follow-ups, sequences and commitment detection.
End-to-end OpenPGP encryption, password-protected email to anyone, zero-access mode and servers in the EU.
Connect your mailboxes
Connect Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, Yahoo, WP, Onet, Interia, o2 or any IMAP account. Read and send from them inside mbox, with the AI, tracking and follow-ups they don't have.

Product tour
Seven steps, from the first email in the morning to an encrypted reply in the evening. Scroll along or click a number.
An mbox inbox: five emails with one-line AI summaries and priority bars.
A thread with a TL;DR summary, fact chips (amount, deadline, link, person), a next step and a draft reply.
Catch-up mode: one message card with a summary, a reason and a suggested action, with Reply, Archive, Remind and Schedule buttons below.
The Mission Control dashboard: focus score 82, an inbox-zero ring, waiting lists, a day plan with meetings and a live open.
A sent email with a counter: opened 3 times, a timeline of opens and clicks with a flagged proxy open, per-recipient stats and a live notification.
A sequence diagram: three steps, a reply from Anna stops the sequence and the remaining steps are skipped.
A message: plain text in the sender's browser turns into OpenPGP ciphertext and becomes readable again at Anna's end. SPF, DKIM and DMARC badges.

1 / 07 Free
New mail lands in Focus, Other, Updates or Newsletters. Each message gets a priority and a one-line summary, so you see what matters before you open anything.
2 / 07 Free
The AI pulls amounts, deadlines, links and people out of the thread and finishes with the next step. When you want to reply, a draft is already waiting.
3 / 07 Free
Catch-up mode shows one message at a time: a summary, why it's in front of you and a suggested action. Press a key and the next card slides in.
4 / 07 Free
A focus score, an inbox-zero ring, “waiting on you” and “waiting on them” lists, your day plan and live opens. One window instead of five tabs.
5 / 07 Free → Pro
How many times, on what and when, for each recipient separately. Opens through a proxy, such as in Apple Mail, are flagged so the numbers don't lie.
6 / 07 Pro
Schedule a first email and two follow-ups. When someone replies, the sequence ends on its own, with no awkward “just following up for the third time”.
7 / 07 Free
The content turns into ciphertext on your device. Only you and the recipient can read it, and to someone without mbox you can send a password-protected email.
AI in your inbox
mbox reads the thread before you do, and tells you straight: one sentence, a few bullets, the next step.
A long thread in one sentence, with a to-do list attached.
What's urgent, what you're waiting on, what can wait. One page, once a day.
Shorten, expand, fix, translate. Formal, warm or to the point.
Three ready-made replies, one click away.
Type “invoices from Marek in September”. We handle the operators.
Ask what you agreed with a client. The answer comes with citations to the emails.
Write “I'll send it Friday” and mbox remembers, with a draft ready.
One thing: the implementation offer you promised for Friday. It isn't in your Sent folder yet.
In your email to Anna: “I'll send the offer on Friday.” I'll remind you that morning — the draft is already waiting.
Hi Anna, the implementation offer is attached. A November start is realistic — I'll confirm the team as soon as I can.
Good morning. One meeting today and two things that can't wait.
New
Rules, Screener, calendar, aliases, Paper Trail and more. All inside now, on the Free plan wherever we can.
If X, then Y: label, archive, star. Set it once and it runs itself.
New senders wait in a lobby until you decide to let them in.
On leave? AI writes the reply in your tone and your dates.
Pin what matters, set the rest aside, reply later.
A disposable address that forwards mail to you. Switch it off with one click.
Turn a thread into a task or a note without leaving your inbox.
Accept or decline an invite in one click.
Receipts, orders, parcels and invoices organise themselves.
Bring your mail from Gmail or Outlook over IMAP. A full export is always at hand.
Install mbox like an app and get notifications.
Translate, Instant Intro, tone check, auto-labels, auto-drafts and dictation.
Contact history and “keep in touch” reminders.
Shared inboxes, assignments and internal comments.
App passwords (SMTP), login alerts and an audit log.

Productivity
The tools of pro-grade email apps, in an inbox that's on your side.
Schedule delivery, set a reminder in case nobody replies, and know you can always undo.
Hi Anna, the offer you asked for is attached. Let me know what you think.
A series of emails spaced over days. The moment someone replies, the sequence ends.
Drop free slots into an email or share a booking link. Both sides get an ICS invite.
A day with mbox
This is an ordinary day when your inbox does part of the work for you.
Two urgent items, four to answer, one meeting. One page instead of forty threads.
Your inbox as a deck of cards: archive, snooze or reply with a draft. One decision at a time.
Plus a reminder if the client hasn't replied in three days. No sticky notes on your monitor.
Live notification: third open and a click on the pricing link. You call while the topic is hot.
Free slots in the message body or a booking page. The ICS invite goes to both sides.
Written in an email, remembered by mbox. Friday morning a reminder and a draft are waiting.
A short Friday-evening recap: replies, opens, meetings and loose ends.
Read receipts
How many times, who, on what and when. Plus link clicks and live notifications, not another report on Monday.
Let's be honest: this is sender-side analytics. The tracking pixel only fires when the recipient loads images, and some clients (Apple Mail, for one) open mail through a proxy. We flag those opens so you don't celebrate too early. You can turn tracking off for any message, and your own opens never count. Remember your GDPR duty to inform recipients.
Privacy
Your mail isn't our raw material. Keys are created in your browser and the servers sit in the European Union.
OpenPGP between mbox users.
To anyone, no account needed.
Incoming mail encrypted to your key.
TOTP codes and recovery codes.
Verification plus a phishing shield.
Hetzner, Falkenstein. No ads.

Under the hood
API tokens, webhooks and an MCP server. Your AI agent, Claude for example, uses your mail only as far as you allow.
Send them as a link with a password and an expiry date. See who opened and downloaded.
Receipts, orders, parcels and invoices organise themselves in one place.
Recurring payments found in your mail, gathered in a single list.
App passwords and SMTP: Thunderbird, Outlook and Apple Mail send through mbox. Receiving over IMAP is coming soon.
For teams
Custom domains, shared inboxes and an admin console. Grow from one person to a whole team without switching tools.
Addresses on your own domain, with DNS records ready to copy. 3 in Pro, unlimited in Business.
Users, roles and company settings in one place.
support@, sales@, hello@ — handled together, no more forwarding.
One brand voice in every email.
Who changed what in your company settings, and when.
Company sign-in and protection against data leaks.
What's next
The roadmap is public, including what isn't built yet.

FAQ
Yes. The Free plan gives you 15 GB, a @mbox.ulewicz.space address, 100 AI actions and 50 tracked emails a month, with no card and no ads. Paid plans add limits and features for heavy users and teams.
Yes. Connect Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, Yahoo, WP, Onet, Interia, o2 or any IMAP account (Free: 1 mailbox, Domain: 2, Pro: 5). Read and send from them inside mbox, with AI, tracking and follow-ups.
Only when you ask it to, or when you switch on automatic triage of new messages. The model (Claude by Anthropic) does not learn from your email, and you can turn AI off with a single switch in settings.
End-to-end encrypts a message between users, so only the sender and recipient can read it. Zero-access encrypts every incoming email to your public key the moment it arrives. Both have a cost: the AI can't see encrypted content.
Yes. Set a password and the recipient gets a link and decrypts the message in their browser (AES-256-GCM). Share the password over another channel; we never learn it.
It's sender-side analytics. You can switch it off for any message, and in Europe you should inform recipients as GDPR requires. We flag opens through proxies (Apple Mail, for instance) so the numbers don't lie.
Yes. Pro supports 3 domains, Business unlimited. You get ready-to-copy DNS records and one-click verification.
In Germany, on Hetzner servers in Falkenstein. TLS protects data in transit and outgoing mail is signed with DKIM.
Yes. You import mail over IMAP and can run a full export any time. We don't lock you in.
Yes. You can install it from your browser as a PWA and get push notifications. Native desktop and mobile apps are on the way.
We're building them and will announce the launch here. Until then mbox works in any modern browser, phones included.
Two minutes, no credit card. You get a @mbox.ulewicz.space address, 15 GB and an AI that starts helping from your first email.
