Terms of service
Last updated: 19 October 2026
1. General
The mbox service is provided by mbox (ulewicz.space). By using the service you accept these terms. Contact: kontakt@mbox.ulewicz.space.
2. Your account
You create an account by providing accurate details and a password of at least 10 characters. You are responsible for the security of your password, your key passphrase and the devices you sign in on. We recommend turning on two-factor authentication.
3. Acceptable use
Sending spam, misleading messages, phishing, malware or unlawful content is prohibited. Sequences and bulk sending must respect electronic-communications laws and unsubscribe requests. We may restrict or suspend an account in case of abuse.
4. Plans and payments
The available plans are Free, Pro, Business and Enterprise on individual terms. The pricing page describes each plan's features and limits. Yearly billing means paying for 10 months instead of 12. Payment and invoicing details will be provided when paid plans launch.
5. Content and ownership
Your messages and data remain yours. You grant us only the licence needed to provide the service, namely storing, processing and delivering mail. The mbox software, marks and materials remain our property.
6. Encryption and lost keys
Your private key is encrypted with a passphrase we do not know. If you lose it, we cannot recover encrypted messages. AI features have no access to content in end-to-end and zero-access modes.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running continuously but do not guarantee freedom from interruptions, except where an SLA applies under the Enterprise plan. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may close it for a material breach of these terms, with prior notice where circumstances allow.
9. Changes to the terms
We will notify you of material changes in advance. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law. Consumers also keep the rights granted by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
