Principles
Six principles we hold ourselves to.
Not slogans for a wall. Each one shapes what we build and what we deliberately don't.
Honest by default
We tell you what privacy costs: AI can't read zero-access mail. We flag opens through proxies so statistics don't lie. Unfinished things are called “soon”.
Europe and a clear data location
Mail and database sit on servers in Germany under the GDPR. We write in Polish, German and English because those are the languages we truly support.
No ads, no data trading, no AI training
We don't profile, sell, or use your emails to train models. AI runs when you ask it to, or when you switch on automatic triage yourself.
Your data is yours
We promise you can take everything in one click: MBOX/EML export and import from Gmail and Outlook are planned for Phase 1.

Where data lives
Where your data lives.
Short and straight, because “EU hosting” is sometimes a shortcut for something fuzzier.

- Website and traffic gatewayThe website and the request gateway run on Microsoft Azure and pass traffic on to the servers in Germany.
- AI featuresThey use the Claude model (Anthropic) served through AWS. Content goes there only when you ask, or when automatic triage is on.
Microsoft and Amazon are US companies, so we don't promise “zero US involvement”. We promise what we can stand behind: mail in the EU, AI only on request, encryption on your side.
