Getting started
Our goal: first working mailboxes within half an hour. Four steps, no consultants.
Company name, number of seats and the Team or Business plan. You become the Owner.
Enter the domain, copy the DNS records and wait for the green checks.
Add people by hand, from a CSV file or with an email invitation. Everyone gets their own mailbox.
Import from Gmail, Outlook or any IMAP account, then switch the MX. A full export is always at hand.

Yes. Team connects up to three domains, Business as many as you need, and you can add an extra domain for 5 zł a month. Enter a domain and you get ready-made DNS records, and on Cloudflare you add them with one click.
Team ($8.40) is for teams of up to 25: 3 domains, 5 shared inboxes, assignments, comments and templates. Business ($10.90) removes the limits on seats, domains and inboxes and adds the admin console and audit log. You can change plan as the team grows.
IMAP import from Gmail and Outlook is already in the app, and a full export always hands your mail back. Move the team in stages or all at once, then switch your domain's MX.
You pay for every user with a mailbox: Team $8.40 (min. 2 people), Business $10.90 a month, with two months free when billed yearly. Pay by card, BLIK or Przelewy24 in PLN, or SEPA transfer in EUR, with a VAT invoice.
Only when a user runs an AI feature or switches on automatic triage. The model doesn't learn from your emails, and AI can be turned off. Zero-access mailboxes are invisible to AI.
